CHARLESTON, SC—Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Morris Ellison has been selected to become a Fellow of the Association for Real Property and Infrastructure (ARPI).
ARPI membership is by invitation and is limited to 100 active members. Formerly known as the Anglo-American Real Property Institute, ARPI is a not-for-profit organization whose members are closely involved with real estate and infrastructure around the world. It is a forum for exploring issues arising from the ownership, development and investment in real estate and infrastructure; bring together committed individuals from diverse disciplines who are respected for their professional expertise, achievements and collaborative approach; educate and inform its members; improve personal, intellectual and professional interaction between its members; and presenting informative and provocative programs on topics of interest to real estate professionals.
Morris Ellison’s diverse practice includes commercial real estate transactions, economic development, commercial litigation and advising entrepreneurs, start-ups and knowledge-based mature businesses. He represents local, national and international real estate investors, lenders and developers in the development, financing and disposition of commercial properties and other assets. He practices in the office of Womble Bond Dickinson in Charleston.
